Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Save Gmail Emails as PDF in Bulk browser extension (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Extension.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension to export your own emails to PDF on devices you control. The Extension runs entirely in your browser; all PDF generation happens locally on your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and only to export emails you are authorized to access. You agree not to:

• Use the Extension to access, copy, or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with subscription validation or any security measures.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Extension or a Pro subscription without authorization.

Pro Subscription Terms

The Extension offers a free trial and an optional paid "Pro" subscription, billed monthly or yearly. A Pro subscription is for a single user for personal use and is not intended to be shared, transferred, or resold. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro features revert to the free trial at the end of the current billing period. We may verify your subscription status to enable Pro features.

Intellectual Property

The Extension and all of its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every webmail provider or future browser version.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Extension. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

Not Affiliated with Google or Gmail

Save Gmail Emails as PDF in Bulk is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Gmail. Gmail and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Extension. We may suspend or terminate your access or subscription if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Extension is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
