Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store
Add the free extension to Chrome, then open Gmail. The PDF controls appear in Gmail’s toolbar without a separate app or upload step.

Can I export emails from a specific label or folder?
Yes. Open a Gmail label, sender view, or search result, select the messages shown, and export that selection as one PDF.
How many emails can I export at once?
There is no hard email-count limit in the workflow. Very large selections may take longer because the PDF is generated in your browser.
Does the PDF keep the original formatting and attachments?
The PDF keeps the visible Gmail layout, headers, timestamps, and inline images. Attachments are downloaded alongside the PDFs in a ZIP file.
Do you store or read my emails?
No. The extension generates PDFs locally in your browser. Your email content and attachments are not uploaded to our servers.
Does it work outside Gmail?
